Revathi is the popular Indian actress and film director. In 1980s and 1990s she had been on the peak of popularity in Kollywood cinema. She had won millions of her fans by showing wonderful performance in various Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu films. Since she was suitable for any type of character, she acted in many tens of films. She was first introduced by the popular Tamil film director Bharathi Raja in his film named 'Manvasanai'. She showed her wonderful performance in that film and became most popular actress.
